This site tracks calls placed through the phone number shown on each page and uses basic web analytics — it does not run any contact forms and does not collect the information a form would.
Call tracking
The phone number displayed on this site is a tracked number: calls placed to it are logged (time, and general call outcome such as duration) so that Urgent HVAC Service can measure how well the dispatch line is working and, where relevant, attribute the call for referral-compensation purposes with the contractor who received it. Call audio may be recorded for quality purposes where permitted; where state law requires notice of call recording, that notice is provided.
Web analytics
This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand aggregate traffic patterns — which pages are visited, and whether a visit results in a tracked phone call. GA4 uses cookies and similar technology and may collect standard technical information such as IP address (used for approximate location and then not retained in identifiable form), device and browser type, and referring page. No separate advertising pixel network is used beyond standard GA4 configuration.
No contact forms, no stored personal data from forms
This site is phone-only by design — there is no contact form, so no name, email, or message content is collected or stored through the website itself. Any personal information shared happens verbally, during a phone call, directly with the dispatch line or with the contractor who calls back.
Third parties
Call data may be shared with the specific independent contractor matched to a given call, since that contractor needs the caller's information to follow up. It is not sold to unrelated third parties.
Your choices
Standard browser and device-level controls (cookie blocking, "do not track" settings, ad-tracking opt-outs) apply to the analytics on this site the same way they apply elsewhere on the web. Declining analytics cookies does not affect the ability to call the dispatch line.
